To date, the funds managed by the Zurmont Madison management team have invested over CHF 400 million of equity capital in a large number of buyout transactions. In the case of many companies, significant add-on acquisitions were realised as part of a successful buy-and-build strategy.
Exit strategies have taken various forms, including trade sales, where a portfolio company is sold to another company in the industry, and management buyouts (MBOs). In other cases, portfolio companies have been successfully sold in initial public offerings (IPOs), enabling them to independently go into the next stage of growth.
